Aurum Markets (the “Company”) does not provide investment solicitation, investment advice, discretionary management, or trading signals/“leading”. The Company does not intervene in any way in clients’ personal trading activities or investment decisions. Any services the Company may provide are limited to executiononly order handling, platform/infrastructure provision, and general informationsupport. This document is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2) SelfDirected Decisions & Use of Own Funds

Clients make investment decisions using their own funds, based on their own judgment and at their own responsibility. The Company does not recommend or encourage social trading (copy trading) or PAMM/MAM connections. If a client chooses to operate their own account through such arrangements, it is solely the client’s voluntary decision.

3) ThirdParty Strategies / Management

The Company does not control or manage the actions or performance of strategy providers, managers, or other thirdparty service providers (e.g., signal providers). The Company does not assume responsibility for outcomes arising from any third party’s decisions or performance.
